Bootcamp or outdoor fitness? Our sessions are circuit style training in local reserves or at the beaches along some of the best coastline in South Australia. Motivational and fun (without the military style shouting) our outdoor group fitness sessions are the ideal place to grab a few friends together and burn some calories in the process.
Our group fitness sessions cater for up to 15 people to ensure that everyone in the team gets the focus they deserve. Training sessions incorporate boxing, resistance training and aerobic training to give you a complete body workout. Each session lasts for 45 minutes.
Are you a mum that would love to workout outside but finds evenings and weekends inconvenient? Not a problem! With boost fitness simply grab some friends and set up a session time on request after you drop the kids at school (minimum of 5 people required).
We do not have any join up fees, admin fees or any other surprise additions. Simply turn up to any session and pay on the day.

Come rain or shine we are taking our popular THUMP boxing for fitness classes outdoors and adding some twists. Our boxing bootcamps are suitable for any levels of fitness. All equipment is supplied, simply bring a towel and water and wear appropriate workout wear. First session only $5 so come along and give it a try!
