We have now launched our 12 week Body Challenges. Starting on the 1st January, April, July and October each challenge runs for 12 weeks with weekly 'mini challenges' to keep you motivated and a bonus mid way bootcamp.

The challenge is open to anyone that regularly attends any of our THUMP boxing classes at Seaford or Personal Training at our PT studio.

Weights and measurements will be taken in confidence during the first week then again at week 6 and again in the final week. The person with the best transformation will win. Entry fee is $20 which will go directly to the prize pool**

  • 1st Prize 50% of the prize pool plus a free PT session
  • 2nd Prize 30% of the prize pool
  • 3rd Prize 20% of the prize pool

**No admin fees will be deducted - all entry fees will be combined for the prize pool

A weekly e-newsletter will be issued with weekly challenges to help you along the way along with a midway leader board so you can see how you are doing. A free midway boot camp will also be included along with weekly challenges to keep your focus.

The next 12 week challenge start date is 1st April.
