THUMP Boxing classes have become one of Australia’s most recognised group exercise programs designed to offer you a range of health and fitness benefits as well as making you part of a unique team culture.
THUMP Boxing classes are open to all levels of fitness and offer much fun and variety to complement your health and wellness regime. Most of the class is done with a partner which the instructor will assign to you if you do not have one. This is a great way to meet new people and encourage each other to work hard.
I have completed both the THUMP Boxing Level 1 and Advanced training course and hold a Master Trainer Certificate for THUMP Boxing. Everyone is welcome to join in our classes and most of all, no experience is necessary! Quality gloves and pads are supplied for use during the classes and the class can be adapted to suit all fitness levels. Don't fancy a class environment?
